It is heavy at 116 lbs but is easier to pedal than expected. It performs well and has plenty of power.
As for the product, it is as good as it looks. They stood behind their product and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and completely satisfied. Sondors customer service and a technician really came through to resolve my issues. I bought a Sondors Madmods Cafe from Costco and experienced multiple issues with the bike. One star rating is way to high but there were no rating choices below 1. People always ask about my bike and I will strongly advise them to avoid sondor. A previous review stated that parts were provided by Amazon. I finally ordered what was listed on the invoice but I don’t know when I will receive my order, if it will be the correct parts, if it will be enough to fix both front and rear brakes, and if I need to go through the same awful experience by reordering finally completing the repair. Not a complicated question but repeated request were ignored. I was sent an invoice listing, with what I hope is the correct part, it was unclear if it was for the parts to fix one brake or both. There is no organization, just as if the parts were thrown into a dumpster and it was up to the customer to rummage through it to guess at what part they need.
After looking through 323 items on the parts website, I still had no idea what to order. I wanted brakes for both front and rear wheels. Forwarded e-mails to Sean in the parts department go nowhere.
